In Buenos Aires, Argentina we are looking for a BU Specialties Director.

Your Mission.

You´ll be responsible of planning and to ensure fulfillment of objectives consistent with overall strategy at the Specialties BU (Gastro, Uro and Hospital products) in the countries of the Cluster. Achieving & exceeding budget sales targets.

Your main responsibilities.
- Ensure the implementation of Sales & Marketing strategy for BU in charge and in the different countries of the Cluster, aligned Company overall strategy and objectives.
- Fomulate and implement Marketing Plans, including policies of distribution and pricing as per budget & forecast.
- Determine, control and modify as necessary the sales budget, as well as the forecast for supply.
- Cooperate with Finance in the construction of the BU P&L, review the information on a regular basis and adjust the different parameters (sales, expenses) in order to preserve the commited BUC.
- Build and maintain continuous customer contact, ensuring smooth relationships with KOL´s, understanding and fullfilling customer needs.
- Get deep understanding of the market trends.
- Attend relevant congresses/seminars/Symposio and ensure Ferring presence in national & international conferences.
- Design and implement the Digital Strategy for all th BU´s of the Cluster.
- Ensure Team´s collaboration with all areas.
- Lead your Team with motivation & engangement, and ensure their professional development.

Requirements.
- Businees, Marketing or Sciences Degree, MBA or postgraduate (desirable).
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 5 years of experience on managerial responsibility in pharmaceutical industry
