**Responsibilities**
- Developing and implementing training materials for new hires on our Recruitment, Coordinator, Nursing, and Social Work teams
- Conducting training on processes, systems and scenario based demonstrations
- Creation of guides, videos, and other supporting content where needed
- Tracking of training metrics and completions company-wide
**Requirements**:
- Experience in training a remote team in the past
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills (spoken and written)
- Willingness to work US based hours (EST)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $600,000.00 - $700,000.00 per month
