**PURPOSE**

In close cooperation with other Company areas, outlines and deploys Health, Safety & Environment programs and plans that comply with regulations in force and are aligned with Tenaris own policies, by developing and implementing the HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) Program.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITES**
- Develops and implements the HSE Program together with other areas and Contractors by evaluating legal requirements and assuring fulfilment.
- Develops risk aspects assessments and defines action plans, analyzing trends and proposing action plans, developing job safety analysis, safe practices and specific forms, developing, carrying out and monitoring training plans, reporting to local customers, investigating Accidents and Incidents, analyzing HSE issues of new processes, services, personal protective equipment and others, developing HSE Committees with own personnel and contractors, developing HSE audits/inspections and defining corrective/preventive actions, identifying emergency situations and establishing drill plan and follow up.
- Participates during the executions of investment projects in HSE related issues and assists customer meetings and Committees as required.
- Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.

**SPECIAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED**
- Graduated Engineer with Master on Safety. Master done in UBA/UTN (Professional license to firm)
- Knowledge in Environment
- English (Intermediate)
- Management of indicators, ideal knowledge of PBI (Power BI) and databases
