Your Team, Your Impact

As a Facility manager, you will use your Space Planning expertise to maintain and improve the Marvell space planning solution to improve Real Estate and Facilities operations, drive space efficiencies and improve utilization for our world-class portfolio.

What You Can Expect

As our Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing building-related activities at our Cordoba Offices.

This position will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensuring that facilities are safe and well-functioning.

Among your responsibilities, we highlight the following ones:
Facility Operations Management:

- Prove leadership in managing delivery of Facilities objectives, streamlining internal processes, and reducing operation expenses while improving the service delivery at local level.
- Develop and establish fiscal year objectives and targets for facilities management.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and functionality of the facility.
- Use knowledge of facility management strategies to proactively anticipate needs based on industry trends.
- Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, HVAC, electricity, etc.) and refurbishments.
- Supervise facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors.
- Lead and organize cross-functional teams.

Vendor and Contractor Management:

- Provide input on strategies, vendors, business models, vendor reviews, benchmarking, initiatives, tools, policies, and standards.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements for facility-related services and projects.

Space Planning and Utilization:

- Ensure space and operational planning and management.
- Coordinate office layouts, relocations, and expansions to ensure optimal space utilization according to needs.

Security and Safety Compliance:

- Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
- Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
- Coordinate and conduct regular emergency drills to ensure preparedness.

Communication and Reporting:

- Communicate effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders regarding facility-related matters.
- Prepare regular reports on facility performance, maintenance activities, and upcoming projects.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role you must:

- Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in facility management with proven experience setting up and management of office space.
- Have strong proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking in English.
- Experience in creating, implementing, and managing facilities processes.
- Have a clear understanding of strategic planning to be able to create, implement, and manage facilities processes.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of cross-functional facility management systems.
- Have the ability to manage controversial/complex situations, client negotiations, or influences.
