We are currently looking for an **Optimization Representative** **to work as part of one of the world's biggest Marketing platforms. The Optimization team supports clients from APAC, AMER, EMEA and LATAM countries in different languages.

**What you´ll do?**

As a team, we oversee the Optimizations and Analysis of our client´s marketing accounts, providing recommendations for all products/Marketing Campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build, organize and restructure marketing accounts to achieve a better performance.
- Provide strategic advice and work closely in a consultative role.
- Analyze marketing accounts performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Perform under timelines, delivering high-end optimization for complex and top tier customers.
- Deliver outstanding customer experience to advertisers.
- Create/adapt/translate keywords lists and ads, identifying cultural nuances and business needs.

**Necessary skills and experience required**:

- College Degree (completed or in progress) oriented to Marketing, Communication, Public Relationship, Sociology, Psychology, etc.
- Strong English/Spanish skills.
- Experience in customer support/customer facing/Marketing Business/Agency.
- Understanding of marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with online advertising.
- Marketing platform knowledge/Experience or Certification.
- Experience working in dynamic environments.
