Our collaborative team of designers give an intuitive and user-friendly interface to our sophisticated portal solutions, aiming to provide our customers with the best visual and interaction experience for their users. Usability is a key component of the Avature product, so our UI graphic designers are involved in its development, defining best practices and UI methodologies to be implemented.
Your challenges and objectives
- Help to implement an increasing amount of UI methodologies.
- Design graphic user interfaces and visual elements.
- Work with different product-based solutions, which means interacting with diverse scenarios and requirements.

Your day-to-day activities
- Design new features or solutions from scratch, producing wireframes, high fidelity mockups and iterating designs with others.
- Enhance and maintain UI style guide and atomic design libraries.
- Brainstorm with the team on the described activities.

About you
- Knowledge on user interface design and software prototyping.
- Understanding of the fundamental methods, theories, and practices that form the basis of UI design.
- Experience in designing products or features that involved wire framing, testing and iterations.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize information from different sources, so as to propose design solutions and validations.
- Constant learning and updating of UI methodologies.
- Advanced knowledge on design tools like Sketch, Invision and Zeplin are a plus.
- Strong background in digital interfaces design.
- High collaborative personality.
- Fluent oral and written English.
