We're seeking a Workday HCM expert with experience in Security & Reporting. The role will eventually evolve into a Workday Security Admin with support and training. In this multifaceted role, you'll play a pivotal part in leading, designing, maintaining, and supporting our security profiles, segmented security groups, roles, and mapping to business processes. You'll also contribute to creating new reports and updating existing ones as needed. As the Workday Security Admin/Reporting consultant, you'll be instrumental in defining and implementing a sustainable and scalable approach to how we manage and govern our Workday system.

**Responsibilities**:
- Possess an understanding of Workday's security framework and cross-platform business processes to drive the adoption and alignment of business processes for Workday HCM.- Create and maintain security policies, domains, segmented security, role-based/user-based roles, and segment-based and intersection security groups.- Conduct regular audits on system roles and access logs to ensure accuracy, with a focus on quarterly or periodic assessments, while supporting our internal audit processes.- Lead the validation and vetting of all roles and their respective security group assignments, domain security policies, and BP security policies by functional area as new requests are submitted.- Ensure the system's compliance with data security and privacy requirements.

- Adaptive Planning- Workday Security Administration

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or any IT related concentration.
- At least 3 years of experience in Workday, including 1 year in Reporting, Security, HCM, Absence, Recruiting, and Time Tracking.
- Demonstrate substantial experience in creating complex reports across various areas, including Business Process, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Finance, Payroll, and Time Tracking using Matrix and Composite reports.
- Upper intermediate/advanced level of English.
- Bonus points for experience in Dashboards and Discovery Boards.
