- Type of Work: Full-time, permanent
- Working hours: 9 am to 6 pm EST (Monday to Friday)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Transfer data from the providers into database systems
- Type in the data provided, create and manage the database
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Update existing data
- Produce reports
- Retrieve data as requested
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Sort, organize and store data
- Transcribe medical documents
Requirements and Qualifications:
- **Must have at least 2 recent years in a US Healthcare (required)**:
- **Previous experience must be specifically doing scribe or related roles (required)**:
- **Must have bedside experience**:
- Knowledgeable in medical jargon (required)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Basic understanding of databases
- Excellent knowledge of word-processing tools
- Great attention to detail
- Fast learner and accurate typing skills
- Has a sense of urgency in completing the task
- Start date: Can start ASAP
- Salary: $800 to $950
- Tools needed: You MUST have your own laptop/desktop computer, a noise cancellation headset, a second monitor, stable internet, and a backup internet connection.
