We are looking for an **IT, Security and Network Specialist** to provide support for our core business functions by deploying infrastructure & security guides in order to enable our people to work more efficiently and deliver the highest levels of service to our clients.

**Location**: This is a full-time and on-site position to work from Monday to Friday in our offices located in Palermo, Buenos Aires.

**The role’s main responsibilities are**:

- Hardware and infrastructure: providing basic technical support to eku-members, infrastructure inventory management, handling palliative maintenance of our equipment via external service providers, among others tasks.
- Security: Keeping our teams up to date with the latest security policies of the company, and researching, developing and maintaining security tools and assessments to continuously improve security standards, among other responsibilities.
- Networking: maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvements of our office’s network.

**About you**:

- Proven experience within IT Operations field
- Experience with system installation, configuration and analysis
- Thorough knowledge of networks and cloud computing
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, with intermediate or higher proficiency.
- Problem-solving aptitude and customer/stakeholders (internal/external) needs orientation
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Planning and coordination skills

**It’d be nice if you**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field (or actively pursuing a degree)
- Experience working with Linux environments
