Eagle Rocket LLC, a premier web and software agency headquartered in Los Angeles, California, is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead our company's operations and manage our team of project managers.

Our innovative team completes projects utilizing the latest technologies including WordPress, Magento, Shopify, Ruby on Rails, React, and Drupal. As a contract position, the COO's compensation will be largely based on revenue share. The COO will have a direct impact on our revenue and profitability, with uncapped earning potential.

This opportunity is perfect for an entrepreneurial, driven, and self-starting individual seeking a rewarding career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. With only ~20 hours per week required, you will have ample time for personal pursuits and work-life balance.

We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

- Strong management skills to lead a team of diverse professionals and drive results.
- Exceptional communication ability to effectively collaborate with clients and our internal team.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize tasks and resources effectively.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet and Excel skills, with experience in programming and web development or familiarity with these domains.
- Excellent technical knowledge to ensure the quality and accuracy of our projects.
- Experience in customer management and project management to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
