For Our client, Shell Argentina, we are looking for a Sr. Project Engineer. Will be responsible of the engineer and management of material capital projects, aligned to exciting business and technical objectives for the non-conventional operations of Shell Argentina. These include Greenfield, Brownfield, and GhG projects. This role will require strong stakeholder management skills, excellent organizational and planning skills and to deliver results by influence, through a multi-disciplined and multi-functional team. Accountabilities: The role will be initially focused on, but not limited to, delivering critical projects in alignment with the Argentina asset development plan. Longer term, a diverse suite of project opportunities within the Argentina Projects Team portfolio will provide growth, learning, and broad networking opportunities. Championing elements of Competitive Scoping, Efficient Execution, Supply Chain Transformation and Technology Innovation, are key to the role, while proactively managing project risks across the TECOP spectrum. Collaboratively pursuing continuous improvement, the incumbent will hold accountability for HSSE, engineering, procurement, cost, schedule and quality, leveraging knowledge and experience with the PMF (Project Management Framework). Deliver, define and execute project phases: including commissioning and start-up support. Manage project risks. Supervise Contractors. Perform as leader in multi-disciplinary teams and external engineering houses, monitoring their performance.

**Requisitos**:
We are looking for professionals with (+8) years of relevant experience delivering projects in the energy industry with a focus on: definition and execution project development and delivery. It is also requiered Upstream experience and demonstrated track record as Concept Engineer, preferably in Unconventional gas and oil field development having led the associated surface facilities Experience delivering the front end of opportunities is also considered relevant experience. We are looking for an individual with at least 10 years Proven track record of managing small and medium size project, responsible for managing part of a large projects, or managing a portfolio of projects. Ability to present project status, risks, issues and decisions that need to be made to the BOM, Decision Review Board (DRB) and other internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency level of English. APM-PMQ, PMI or SPA Assessment Level 1 preferred. The Project Engineer will be able to work with multi-disciplinary teams, including remote assurance from TAs. Experience working with external Engineering Houses, and the ability to monitor and benchmark their performance will be necessary. Ability in providing clear and decisive leadership in an environment of competing priorities and a complex stakeholder map. Strong team and people management skills, committed to continuous improvement, coaching, mentoring, and motivating others. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Workplace: CABA, Argentina (hybrid modality). The position requires availability to travel eventually to Neuquén. The position could also be based in Neuquén for the first 2 years.
