**Position Overview**:
The Platform Tools Full Stack Developer is responsible for building and delivering premiere self-service tools as part of the Platform Engineering team. They have an extensive background in either front-end or back-end development, and can develop and operate in the full stack. They are adept at delivering under tight deadlines and leveraging an agile development process where the process is a means to a high quality, customer delighting result.

**Essential functions**:
Develop software stories primarily in Front-End development technology stacks.

Design and develop complex solutions delivering effective designer/developer workflow.

Write stories, epics, and tasks and manage JIRA Kanban board.

Attend and actively participate in team meetings, daily standups, 1:1s

Understand the infrastructure and deployment of all Tools apps, APIs, Services, and Reports.

Innovate - consistently look for new ways of delivering tools at scale and speed.

Drive quality of delivery through test automation and APM

Suggest comprehensive KPIs and metrics to measure team projects and deliverables.

Assist in establishment of an operations and support plan for self-service tools.

**Requisitos**:
**Skills and abilities**:
Extensive expertise with AWS services including CloudFront, CloudFormation, Lambda, ElasticSearch, Kinesis, Step Functions, DynamoDB, API Gateway, S3

Deep understanding of ReactJS and experience using ReactJS including the Hooks API.

Able to develop APIs and deliver those with high quality and scale, including well written developer documentation.

Build CI/CD pipelines, deploy infrastructure, setup test automation, develop APM tests, and establish KPI dashboards.

Strong communication skills and independence working on assigned tasks

Extremely responsive - able to solve problems with mínimal direction from Manager

Establish a highly effective designer/developer workflow optimizing the full SDLC for tools development.

**Minimum qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

5+ years’ work experience showing proficiency in the following: JavaScript, NodeJS, React

5+ years’ work experience with backend data stores or APIs

5+ years’ work experience with AWS cloud services
