- We are looking for a _**_Data & Analytics Director_**_ who will lead the company’s data strategy, ensuring the effective collection, analysis, and use of data to drive informed business decisions. This role requires a visionary leader who can manage and develop a high-performing data team, align data initiatives with business objectives, and drive innovation through data-driven insights._

**Expected Outcomes & Responsibilities**
- Lead the development and implementation of Trafilea’s data strategy.
- Oversee the data science, data engineering, and business intelligence teams.
- Ensure data accuracy, availability, and accessibility across the organization.
- Drive the creation of data models, dashboards, and reports to support business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data initiatives with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data science and analytics.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in data leadership roles, with a strong track record of building and managing data teams.
- Expertise in data science, data engineering, and business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large and complex data sets.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
