Collaborating with cross-functional global and regional teams, you implement brand strategy that is aligned with our brand vision to drive sustainable growth and to deliver business objectives. You also support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives, including new product development and platform opportunities

**How you will contribute**

You will work with others to execute the brand strategy for designated brands, develop product and packaging initiatives, implement pricing strategies, and plan and execute integrated marketing communication and media plans. You will also provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and provide input and support in the development and execution of marketing plans to ensure they meet revenue, profit targets, sharing objectives and monitoring performance. Based on your strong understanding of consumer insights, brand strategy and positioning, you ill help develop integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.

**What you need to know about this position**:
Como Marketing Innovation Analyst SoCo crearás y pondrás en práctica una estrategia de innovación/renovación alineada con la visión de la marca para impulsar el crecimiento sostenible.
- Trabajarás con otras personas en la compañía para contribuir en la estrategia de innovación y prioridades que permitan el crecimiento de las marcas centrándonos en el consumidor, y ejecutarás planes de innovación en base a objetivos identificados.
- Participarás del armado de planes para renovar la marca y fortalecer todo el portafolio mediante la innovación y la renovación.
- Darás seguimiento de performance en lo que se refiere a la innovación y a los resultados en función de los indicadores clave de rendimiento.

**Education / Certifications**:
Estudiante avanzado o graduado de la licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, o carreras afines.

**Job specific requirements**:

- +2 años de experiência en roles de Innovation, Estrategia o Marketing
- Experiência en compañías de consumo masivo (deseable)
- Manejo avanzado del idioma inglés
- Manejo intermedio del paquete Office

**Work schedule**:
Esquema híbrido, Lunes a Viernes 9 hs a 18 hs
