**Responsibilities**:

- Manage technical requests and projects, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of IT technicians.
- Perform systems administration tasks, including server management and maintenance.
- Maintain and troubleshoot networking infrastructure.
- Administer Windows servers and ensure their optimal performance.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Monitor system performance and security, implementing necessary measures to mitigate risks.
- Document processes, procedures, and system configurations accurately.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems administration and support.
- Strong expertise in Windows server management and administration.
- Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols.
- Hands-on experience with Office 365 platform administration.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and mentorship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, CompTIA Network+, etc.) are a plus.
