**Role Description**

We are looking for a Business Project Manager for Software Development who will be instrumental in managing our project lifecycle and documentation with precision and foresight and is able to clearly articulate roles, project goals, and timelines. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing team of talented professionals with a lot of positive energy and enthusiasm.

**This is a Part-Time, 100% remote contract role, with potential for a full-time role in the future.**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans to track progress, employing industry-standard tools for meticulous oversight.
- Facilitate seamless execution by coordinating with internal teams and external parties.
- Employ project management tools to accurately measure project performance against key indicators.
- Conduct comprehensive risk management to anticipate and mitigate potential project issues.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with upper management, providing insightful updates and escalations as needed.
- Create and sustain comprehensive project documentation, reflecting DOIT's commitment to thoroughness and quality.

**Role Description**

We seek a Business Project Manager for Software Development who will be instrumental in managing our project lifecycle and documentation with precision and foresight. You will ensure our software development initiatives are executed flawlessly, delivering innovation while aligning with time and budget constraints.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee project delivery, maintaining strict adherence to timelines, scope, and budget constraints.
- Initiate and plan software projects with a focus on technical feasibility and strategic vision.
- Secure and coordinate resources, ensuring efficient allocation and project alignment.

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrated experience in managing software development projects, with a strong emphasis on strategic planning and execution.
- Adept in Agile and other project management methodologies, evidenced by successful project outcomes.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, enabling effective stakeholder management.
- Proficient in project management software, capable of navigating complex project requirements.
- Forward-thinking problem-solving skills, with an ability to preemptively identify and address potential risks.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree
