**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
The Recruiting Analyst reports directly to the Talent Acquisition Lead. The primary function and purpose of this position is to support Latin America countries in different tasks related to the Recruitment process.

**Responsibilities**:
Job posting:

- Post job in Air Liquide's Career sites (Internal and/or External) & other portals based on each country preferences.

Screening:

- Prepare Phone-screen guides based on position requirements.

Interview Scheduling:

- Secure availability from interviewers by blocking their calendars with Interviews placeholders.

Pre-employment coordination:

- Follow up with vendors to get results.
- Share results with the corresponding Local Team.

Hire Process:
Invoicing:

- Process invoices for Talent Acquisition services (agencies, medical tests, driving tests, job fairs, etc).
- Follow up and work with other BSC teams to ensure payment is done on time.

**Education**:

- Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management or similar degree preferred.

Language Requirements:

- **Intermediate/Advance English **language proficiency is **required **.
- **Intermediate/Advance Portuguese **language proficiency is **required **.

Knowledge and Skills:

- Teamwork, Flexibility and Adaptability skills
- Oral and written communication skills in Spanish, Portuguese & English
- Continuous improvement mindset for process improvements, automation and standardization
- Knowledge of Oracle is a plus
- Knowledge of WorkDay & ServiceNow is a plus
- Experience in Recruitment process is a plus
