**Introduction**
As a Strategy Consultant at IBM, you will help reinvent businesses and industries by developing and utilizing specialized knowledge of industry-specific and cross-industry competitive strategies. You'll manage complex components of an engagement, working closely with clients and their customers to understand their pain points. Your strategic recommendations will drive change in a digitally-enabled era and give you the opportunity to collaborate with highly talented IBMers. Are you ready?

**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Assist with Install and verification of technical prerequisites
- Install MDM Advanced Edition Development Environment
- Assist with High Level Design document
- Create MDM AE Detail Design Non-Functional Specs and Component List
- Create Project Package
- Package and Deploy all assets to development server
- Perform Entry MDM Component Test/Unit Test
- Perform Gate reviews, Project Closeouts and signoffs
- Perform Performance Testing
- Present formally and informally to client/partner groups
- Enforce coding, documentation, packaging and other best practice standards as per IPS guidelines
- Mentor partners, clients and colleagues

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- 3+ years’ experience as JAVA developer
- Strong foundation in UNIX, Oracle, J2EE, JSP, EJB, SOAP, XML, TCP/IP, UML.
- Commercial acumen; Experienced in delivering professional & technical presentations.
- Thorough understanding of IT lifecycle through product management, pre-sales, software development, delivery and support

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Desirable knowledge in Master Data Management along with knowledge of
- Desirable in InfoSphere portfolio Strong customer-facing skills
