**JOB DESCRIPTION**
JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE: JPM) is a leading global financial services firm with assets of $2.6 trillion and operations worldwide. We are currently hiring a highly skilled lawyer for the Legal-North America Loan Origination and Syndication GroupThe Legal Department of JPMorgan Chase & Co (“JPMC”) is responsible for providing legal services to the Corporation and is organized by practice groups that generally conform to the Corporation's lines of business (“LOBs”) and corporate staff areas, allowing the legal staff to work closely with specific groups on a daily basis.

We are currently hiring a highly skilled lawyer for the Legal-North America Loan Origination and Syndication Group

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the review, drafting and negotiation of non-disclosure agreements, joinders to non-disclosure agreements and non-reliance letters
- Assist with other special projects (as needed)

**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**:

- Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written - required
- Prior experience working on legal documentation governed by U.S. state law (such as NY) - preferable
- Excellent organizational skills - required
- Self-starter and pro-active - required
- Working knowledge of legal search engines, including Westlaw/Lexis Nexis - considered as a plus
