**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with internal and external customers to analyze and agree on business and technical requirements.
- Develop maintain and prioritize the product backlog for one or more scrum teams
- Communicate value proposition to the project team and other internal stakeholders
- Drive story elaboration through backlog grooming with teams
- Lead release planning with a team to develop an execution plan
- Facilitates product decisions
- Coordinate integration and deployment of completed software components

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in English
- Computer Science degree related field or equivalent work experience; previous developer or quality assurance experience is a plus
- Agile product owner / Business Analyst experience
- Firm understanding of the entire product development life cycle including project definition design development testing system integration release and support
- Ability to understand and communicate details about complex business processes
- Ability to understand technical architecture and design
- Project planning skills to create risk-adjusted release plan
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
- Agile/Scrum software development methodologies
- Retail industry electronic payment systems and/or Point-Of-Sale systems knowledge preferred
