**About the job**

The PPC Specialist is responsible for the healthy performance of all client campaigns assigned to him or her.

He or she is expected to monitor and optimize the campaigns on an ongoing basis to meet the established KPIs for the campaigns and the clients' advertising goals.

It is expected of the PPC Specialist to not only do the above but also be proactive in bringing solutions, suggestions, and recommendations to the team internally and/or the client to improve on the advertising efforts and to ensure our online marketing efforts have the highest possible return on investment (ROI).

**What you´ll do**
- Delivering PPC Campaigns to the most relevant and effective networks based on analysis, monitoring, review, and active decision-making.
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators.
- Research and keep up with industry trends.
- Find ways to reduce the risk of click fraud.
- Perform day-to-day management of campaigns, including oversight of bid recommendations, execution details, and budgets.
- Review KPIs.
- Review Key Metrics.
- Review Budget Utilization Competitor and market research/analysis.
- Performance Reporting.
- Create advertising campaigns.
- Build marketing strategies.
- Research on competitive landscape.
- Setting up and managing shopping campaigns for e-Commerce businesses.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and changes, sharing our learning with internal teams.
- Analyze consumer trends and behavior.
- Organic social media calendars may be required from time to time
- Attend meetings.

**What we require**
- Proven experience as a PPC Strategist.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical thinking with some math skills.
- Proficiency with major online advertising platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Call tracking platforms.
- Working knowledge of analytics, tracking, and reporting tools (Google Analytics).
- Team spirit
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Creative and open to new ideas
- Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques
- Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on details.
- You are always learning and looking to level up your game
- Passionate about delivering high-performance solutions
- Advanced English Level (Writing and Speaking)
- Be able to work during Eastern Time (9 am to 6 pm)
