- Buscar y seleccionar proveedores.
- Analizar Solicitudes de Pedido y los documentos adjuntos a las mismas.
- Emitir Pedidos de Cotización.
- Evacuar consultas y aclaraciones a empresas invitadas.
- Evaluar ofertas recibidas, en particular, Antecedentes y Capacidad Económica Financiera de los Oferentes y aspectos comerciales.
- Preparar comparativas de precios.
- Analizar precios y metodologías de ajuste propuestos.
- Negociar precios y Condiciones Contractuales.
