Your key responsibilities:
- Translate different types of documentation while maintaining technical precision and terminological coherence.
Work closely with other teams to understand products and their functionalities.
- Ensure that translations meet quality standards and are delivered within established deadlines.
- Collaborate to adapt content to the specific cultural and linguistic needs of each market.
- Maintain consistent terminology and update glossaries of technical terms.
- Research and analyze industry trends, technologies, and best practices to develop compelling whitepapers.
- Continuously stay informed about the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to technical writing.
- Incorporate new approaches and methodologies into your work to enhance the overall quality and effectiveness of our documentation.
About you:
- +4 years of proven experience as a technical translator in a professional setting, preferably within technology companies
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Portuguese, Italian, and/or other languages.
- Familiarity with software development processes and terminology.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences and channels.
