**About the profile**

As UI artist, you will work with Art directors, Designers, and Engineers to develop, iterate, and implement UI designs.

You have strong graphic design skills, and familiarity with common game engines. You must possess a good eye for design, layout, color, typography, and an acute awareness of the current trends in art and the games industry. You're comfortable in a dynamic team oriented environment and possess a passionate self-driven attitude. You must be flexible and assist the team with 2D textures, marketing materials, and other important art needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create UI designs, concepts, and assets that define artistic goals
- Responsible for front end menus, HUD, maps, inventories, etc.
- Collaborate with designers to solve layout/usability tasks
- Building UI in Unity in conjunction with a Front End Engineer
- Collaborate with art/creative directors to develop visual language
- Assist with 2D textures, marketing, etc.
- Pitch concepts with references and strong verbal skills file organizational and time management skills

**Requirements**:

- Understanding of UI scripting and state machines
- Comfort and familiarity with remote working environments
- Familiarity with Unity
- Availability for the team’s synchronous working hours
- Desire to learn new techniques, skills, and technologies
- 3 - 5+ years work experience in game UI
- Experience working on gaming or entertainment brands
- Must be a League of Legends or Dota 2 player, and be knowledgeable about Esports.
