**Lo que implica este trabajo**: Asegurar el 100% del cumplimiento de los procedimientos de HS&E y planear y ejecutar un sólido seguimiento de los planes de acción de mantenimiento y proyectos del predio asi como mantener revisada y actualizada el 100% de la documentación del edificio.

¿Cuál es tu día a día?
Coordinar la operación y mantenimiento del site
Seguimiento a las tareas de mantenimiento realizadas en el site.
Entender los lineamientos de HS&E del cliente y nacionales para estar en línea con los Critical Performance Indicators y Key Performance Indicators relacionados a las expectativas del cliente en esas áreas.
Coordinar el programa de HS&E.
Trabajar en base a la política de Misión, Visión y Política de la empresa.
Participar activamente de reuniones y capacitaciones regionales del equipo de Operaciones.
Trabajar con el Operation Manager para desarrollar y ejecutar un plan de acción que incluya los principales objetivos de Ingeniería, Operaciones, Riesgos, Seguridad, Sustentabilidad, Ahorros.
Demostrar mejoras continuas y un score promedio de 8.0 en los Elementos Claves del programa de HS&E.
Asegurar que el programa de HS&E, FP, CFAM sea soportado con documentación y sea actualizado.
Mantener actualizado el inventario de todos los EPPs y Botiquines de emergencia (con excepción parte médica)
Llevar el control y mantener actualizado el inventario de los activos fijos, (altas bajas y modificaciones).
Coordinar con el área de Seguridad, Limpieza y Mantenimiento los eventos y tareas dentro del predio
Mantener y controlar los espacios de guardados (jaulas, muebles e insumos de mantenimiento.
Llevar el control y mantener actualizado el inventario de los insumos para el mantenimiento del edificio.
Seguimiento de proveedores relacionados a proyectos y mantenimiento del predio.
Llevar el control de la plataforma Corrigo
Conocer y actualizar las normativas de P&G y locales para poder trabajar y coordinar actividades cumpliendo todos los lineamientos
Coordinar tareas y actividades con el responsable de HS&E de la empresa
Realizar todas las capacitaciones requeridas por JLL en la plataforma y capacitaciones en FP, HS&E, ESO de P&G.
Llevar el control y actualizar todos los planos y diagramas de ingeniería, cableado, FP, HVAC, HS&E.
Realizar diferentes tareas y actividades dentro del área de compras como realizar pedidos de compras, requisiciones, seguimiento de los pedidos, pago de impuestos y servicios. Se deberá llevar el control de las ordenes de compras, tareas a ejecutar, abonos de servicios.
Experiência y habilidades técnicas deseadas
Minimo 3 años de Experiência en Puestos Similares
Tecnico o Ingenieria
Conocimeintos solidos en sustentabilidad
Dominio intermedio
- avanzad de Word, Excel, Power Point, Corrigo, Internet.
Capacidad analítica.
Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
Experiência en resolución de conflictos. Habilidad para aprender de errores y de éxitos.
Excelente predisposición y atención al cliente, enfocado en la experiência del usuario.
Facilidad de expresión, tanto escrita como oral. Facilidad para relacionarse con todos los níveles de la organización.
Habilidad para manejar el tiempo y establecer prioridades.
