**Job Description**:
What's in it for you:

- Monday - Friday: 4:00am - 12:30pm
- Pay Rate: $22/hr.
- Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA
- Contract Position

The employee will perform these functions while maintaining a high standard of quality and quantity. The duties will include but not be limited to the following:

- Metal preparation and priming.
- Operation of Injection/Compression Presses.
- Material handling and storage.
- Trimming and de-flashing of molded components.
- Operation of Fork-Lift and Pallet Jack.
- Processing of applicable paperwork and data reporting.
- Participation in the Parker Lean System.
- Other duties as required by the position.

Qualifications: Education/Training/Experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs. regularly and more than 40 lbs. occasionally, with assistance.
- Requires the use of general mathematics.
- Requires the use of complicated drawings, specifications, charts, tables, and handbook formulas.
- Ability to work effectively with others and be a team player.
