**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Efectuar el árbol de pérdidas de las líneas productivas y su respetivo análisis, ayudando a identificar las causas raíz de los problemas y generando nuevos estándares.
- Participar en la optimización de procesos de producción, mejorar o innovar los procesos productivos a través del análisis estadístico de los mismos.
- Responsable del apoyo diario al proceso y liderazgo de las herramientas de calidad, desperdicio y control visual y brindar entrenamiento y coaching sobre el uso de herramientas de análisis de causa raíz.
- Realizar tomas de inventario mensuales y cierres anuales, garantizando la cuadratura de los stocks; así como analizar datos y generar los planes de acción a corto y mediano plazo.
- Implementar mejoras continuas en los procesos operativos para optimizar la eficiencia y productividad, así como asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad evitando así impactos en los clientes internos.
- Coordinar con otros departamentos para garantizar una integración fluida de las operaciones.
- Liderar las reuniones diarias y semanales de producción para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento del sistema como así también el flujo de información para atacar las principales perdidas del turno, así como revisar la ejecución de los cambios de marca y capacitar a los equipos para identificar e implementar mejoras en los tiempos. Realizar benchmarking con otras fábricas del grupo.
- Realizar reportes diarios y mensuales para comunicar los resultados del sector de producción, así como brindar soporte con los recursos que sean necesarios para eliminar esas pérdidas y liderar los planes de acción necesarios.
- Promover la cultura de mejora continua, asegurarse que los equipos estén cumpliendo con los procedimientos y estándares del área, como así también usando las herramientas brindadas para lograr la eliminación de perdidas.

**EXPERIENCIA, HABILIDADES Y CONOCIMIENTOS ESENCIALES**
- Egresado o estudiante avanzado en carreras de Ingeniería (Industrial, Mecánica, Eléctrica, Química o similares)
- Experiência mínima de 1 año en procesos productivos.
- Conocimientos en gestión de manufactura (Kaizen, TPM, 5S, Métodos y tiempos, Lean manufacturing)
- Manejo y gestión de KPIs
- Manejo de Paquete Office.
- Nível Intermedio-avanzado de Excel
- Nível Intermedio
- Power Point
- Manejo del Idioma Inglés Intermedio-Avanzado
- Se valorarán buenas relaciones interpersonales, autogestión, liderazgo, orientación al cliente interno, trabajo en equipo, verdadero compromiso personal y profesional con el área.
