Training Specialist

**Primary Responsibilities**: (Under the supervision of the Training Manager)

Deliver virtual training for new and existing clients.

Manage the existing training programs.

Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to ensure that others can teach training content.

Perform maintenance on existing training materials.

**Abilities**:
Ability to effectively collaborate with others and establish strong working relationships throughout the organization. Proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite.

Ability to work well with mínimal supervision. Experience in a training delivery role.

Experience with virtual instructor-led training tools (Zoom, CRM, Calendly)

Work as an Independent Contractor must have access to the Internet with good speed.

8-hour shift (Central Daylight Time)

Monday through Friday

Must have access to Payoneer.

Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,700.00 per hour
