**Main Purpose**:

- Control activities for the implementation of Business Security policies throughout the organization in order to guarantee the protection of tangible and intangible assets and ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate in the design and maintenance of the internal control framework for the Group and locally for the Shared Service Center
- Support continuous improvement of effective control environment and efficient processes flows for the Group and locally for the Shared Service Center

- Develop intelligence tasks, inspections and investigations, etc. in order to guarantee the continuity of the processes and operations of each one of the businesses of the organization.
- Control the alignment of local intelligence and information security actions with corporate guidelines in order to contribute to their integration.
- Develop work standards for their area of activity in order to ensure a work methodology aligned with local and corporate policies.
- Develop mechanisms that favor the internal culture of information protection in order to contribute with training and campaigns aimed at best business security practices.
- Develop activities related to business security in order to contribute with adjustments in the monitoring and implementation of corporate actions.
- Develop the preparation of reports for business security management in order to guarantee data and/or information for the evaluation of maintenance or alteration of security levels.
- Develop actions related to patrimonial and personal security in order to guarantee the security of people, goods and services of our own and hired personnel and visitors.
- Analyze and document operational and financial reporting processes, identification of process risks and mitigating controls;
- Test key controls and assist on implementing remediation worldwide;
- Verify adherence to policies and assess how effective procedures, control and systems are to support such policy on a daily basis;
- Verify the usage of the system and suggest improvements to ensure continuous improvement and further automation.
- Verify how local management manages local risks and general adherence to control best practices.
- Verify that projects that are investment intensive are properly structured in responsibilities, have proper monitoring of deliverables completion, maintain reliable and periodic reporting process, and are supported by trustworthy tools/systems.
- Verify that system implementations follow the planned schedule, deliver the expected benefits and are executed within budget.
- Ad-hoc reviews as required by the Internal Control plan.

**Knowledge and abilities**:

- Engineer/Graduates in Information Systems, Graduate in Security (property), Industrial Engineering or Retired Officer of the Armed Forces.
- Minimum of 7 years in internal audit or combination of external/internal audit, preferable with a strong component of business process re-engineering
- Excellent writing, verbal and presentation skills in English
- Knowledge of Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Word
- IT audit experience (Desirable)
- Ability to think “outside of the box” and identify improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with varying levels of the organization
- Independent, flexible team player with strong analytical and influencing skills and conceptual thinker
