**Onboarding**: If you're located in Buenos Aires, we would like you to come to the office twice a week. If you're elsewhere, onboarding will be conducted via video call. We expect a quick onboarding process, enabling you to contribute to projects swiftly after starting.
**Team Structure and Role Integration**: This position is for our Integrated Roles client, offering a contract-to-full-time opportunity. You will be embedded within the client's team, working closely with them to deliver impactful solutions. This structure allows for a seamless transition to a full-time role based on performance and mutual agreement.

**Qualifications**:

- 4+ years of experience working as Fullstack Developer
- 2+ years of experience working with Python actively
- Intermediate English level (important)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work 9am -5pm EST
- Provide your own workspace with reliable Internet service
- Passionate about the startup environment and eager to learn
- Strong mentoring and leadership skills
- Ability to quickly adapt, learn, and solve problems
- Team player, willing to jump outside of their role to help the greater team.
- Ability to research as you work
- Accountable for your own time in a fully remote environment
- Desire to contribute to a growing, dynamic team
- Agile + Scrum Methodology knowledge
- Keen eye for detail and excel in documentation.
- You are highly organized and proficient in task management.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

**Technical Requirements**:

- Experience with React for front-end development
- Experience with video-related work is a plus
- Expertise in writing and integrating REST APIs
- GIT + GitHub experience
- Experience working with Linux OS is a must
- Experience with MySQL is a must
- Experience with PostgreSQL is preferred
- Experience working with Docker is preferred
- Experience with Terraform is preferred
- Experience with unit testing is preferred
- Must have AWS experience
- Experience with CI/CD
- Any expertise in AI, particularly in fine-tuning semantic search and enabling RAG pipelines, is a plus

**Benefits/Compensation**:

- Fully Remote Position
- Contract-based employment with US company
- Starting at $3,000 - $4,000 depending on qualifications and experience
- There are currently NO formal benefits packages available (health insurance, retirement plans).
- Paid Vacation Time and Sick Days
- Fixed working hours 9am-5pm EST time. Monday-Friday
- Active international young team of 20+ individuals
