- We are seeking a motivated intern to assist in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our internal education platform. This is an excellent opportunity for second or third-year students to gain hands-on experience in educational technology, content management, and employee training within a dynamic corporate environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Content Management**: Assist in uploading, organizing, and updating educational materials, including videos, documents, quizzes, and other learning resources.
- ** Technical Support**: Provide technical support to users experiencing issues with the platform, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly experience.
- ** User Engagement**: Help develop strategies to increase user engagement and participation in the platform, including storytelling and interactive elements.
- ** Data Analysis**: Analyze user data, reports and feedback to assess the effectiveness of the platform and identify areas for improvement.
- ** Collaboration**:Work closely with company partners to ensure materials are regularly updated on our platform.
- ** Documentation**: Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and other support documentation to assist users in navigating the platform.
- **Education**: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Education, Design, Communication. Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- ** Technical Skills**: Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
- ** Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- ** Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data, reports and provide actionable insights. Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics) is a plus.
- ** Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- ** Attention to Detail**: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing educational content and user support.
