Citizens Advice County Durham have an exciting new opportunity to lead our integrated Debt Services. We are looking for a dynamic, driven person to take the helm of our combined local and national teams, build synergies between them and deliver high quality advice to the people we help. Over 60 people will indirectly report to you, delivering contracted services to the Money and Pensions Service through a mixture of multi-channel debt services of varying complexity. Working closely with our Executive Team, you will oversee the day to day operational management, directly and indirectly supporting your teams to empower our clients with appropriate debt solutions.
