As an Inbox Manager, your role encompasses responding and managing conversations with leads from our client's campaigns. This fully remote, full-time contract position offers the opportunity to work with successful B2B businesses worldwide.

Our clients are growth-oriented, successful B2B businesses from various industries. They value their time and require a reliable lead-generation partner that delivers results and generates a great return on investment (ROI).

**Responsibilities**:

- As an Inbox Manager, your responsibilities include:

- Submitting any qualified leads to our clients
- Leveraging the client's response to create compelling responses to convert the lead
- Uploading and managing our client's Do-Not-Contact list
- Following any manual processes for our subsequences if necessary or needed
- Setting up clients in Smartlead (subsequences, webhooks, and adding them to the white label)

**What You'll Do**:
We’re a fast-growing startup, and your responsibilities will vary over time, but these core responsibilities will always remain the same:
**Daily**:

- Categorize all new replies from our client's campaign
- Submit any leads to our clients
- Check Smartlead to make sure all responses for the day have been categorized

**Weekly**:

- Check to make sure that leads are being enrolled in the subsequence
- Update the DNC for any clients

**As needed**:

- Send replies to clients for leads that can't be categorized
- Nurture leads that haven't converted from our subsequences
- Add the subsequences for all new campaigns
- Create the client in Smartlead and set up their webhook

**Requirements**:

- Professionalism, maturity, and reliability to meet the expectations of the company.
- Strong communication skills in verbal and written English.
- Highly resourceful team player who meets deadlines and follows through on commitments.
- Tech-savvy and a quick learner of new technologies and software.
- Intelligent, adaptable, and problem-solving mindset.
- A high-performing individual with a desire to achieve and grow financially.
- Process orientated
- Can thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Is comfortable in an extremely repetitive role
- Professional remote work setup including reliable internet, high-quality audio and video equipment, quiet space, clear background, and good lighting.

**Salary Range**: $800 - $2000 USD
**Payment Frequency**: Monthly
**Type of Contract**: Independent Contractor
