We are Commercial Operations for Fuels team.

**Job Role Summary**:

- Subject matter expert on data quality, extraction, interpretation as well as data visualization tools
- Provides Data and Analytics support to the marketing team

**Job Role Responsibilities**:

- Subject matter expertise for analytics tools, dashboards, and data requests
- Accountable for data integrity and ensures that data is available, accurate, and accessible to user groups
- Develops and communicates consumer data driven insights
- Analytical support for ad-hoc marketing queries and report extracts
- Prioritizes and assists with data requests and analysis
- Provides training and support to the marketing organization to drive adoption of data analytics tools and resources
- Technical support and troubleshooting to remediate any technical issues with tools, data feeds, and extracts
- Interfaces with internal and external data analytics systems and tools as well as 3rd party providers
- Maintain controls catalog and controls checklist for all systems and data associated with the consumer database
- Coordinates measurement reports for promotions and maintains library of promotional results and insights
- Collaborates with Data and Analytics Team to define and develop reports that lead to market driven insights (e.g. datamining)
- Coordinates stewardship and KPI measurement reports for Marketing Programs
- Provides day to day data privacy support
- Tracks and monitors budget components and supports payment process with 3P vendors

**Expected Level of Proficiency**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Date Science, or relevant field with at least 3-5 years of data analytics experience
- 2+ years of experience with front end data extraction and visualization tools (e.g. Power Pivot, Power Query, Power BI, Tableau, SAP, SQL)
- Understanding of ExxonMobil Fuels marketing consumer data preferred
- Strong analytical capability, market analysis, business acumen and organization skills
- Quantitative analytics and structured problem solving experience
- Ability to lead through influence across internal and external teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to work remotely in a “virtual team”
- Language: Advanced English or Bilingual
