**About The Role**

This is a full-time, career growth focused and exciting Software Engineering opportunity in our **Buenos Aires, AR **Development Center You will have the ability to take a key role in driving success working with our Global Team to provide quality services to externally managed service clients and internal business units. This job will offer you opportunities to work in diverse environments and be responsible for providing system support across multiple domains, design/quote/delivery projects as well as consulting and pre-sales opportunities.

**About You**

You are a highly enthusiastic individual with interests in enter a new career or having proven experience working in Software Development:

- You will have an Information Technology knowledge and work experience in either Software Development or Database development using various coding that that may include Java, JavaScript, PL/SQL, C#, C++, HTML, Python, CSS,.NET or Perl.
- You are an excellent interpersonal communicator dedicated to meeting initiative deadlines and eager and willing to learn new technologies and processes.
- You have previous experience as a software engineer, web developer or have worked in a similar role and appropriate tertiary qualifications and passion for software development and working in a modern software development business that is customer-centric.
- You are interested or have experience working with software solutions involving direct customer or Operations interaction.
- You have a degree in Software programming, Computer Science or Engineering with experience in the utility/energy industry and have intermediate to professional-level English communication skills

**Key Responsibilities**

Work individually or within a team on software product consulting projects to meet specific customer requirements. This may include support, maintenance, and administration. With help of your development team you will assist or work directly with the client and may travel to the client site. This can include providing technical direction and guidance to the delivery team and take responsibility for project deliverables through all phases of the SDLC.
- You develop. design and help in programming of new and agreed developments/modifications to the Hansen systems.
- Assist other developers in the design of their components and Collaborate with Business Analysts to ensure an understanding of clients’ requirements.
- You will as other Hansen Analysts with development requirements or providing testing support of code and quality assurance of the Hansen systems.
- You look to resolve issues relating to the integration of project deliverables and system promotions to existing and new customers.
- Help identify situations where the system must be customized to meet client requirements.
- You will work or help with estimates of the labor hours and calendar time required to implement proposed changes to the software or correct root causes of operational problems including accurately estimating time frames required to complete assigned tasks.
