In this role, you will take the lead in supporting all matters of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance across the Argentinian operation sites with a strong focus on leading and implementing sustainable environmental safety initiatives within the organization.**What you'll do**
- Lead and support all EHS compliance matters across Etex Argentina, ensuring progress and adherence to legal requirements, keeping the business area compliant and audit ready.
- Provide visible leadership to promote a positive safety, health, and environmental culture.
- Drive continuous improvement and sharing of best practices across the organization.
- Accountable for the EHS performance of the plants in Argentina, managing and maintaining EHS improvement plans, addressing audit non-conformances and mitigating risks.
- Support the development of Performance Plans and control the EHS budget for the operational business unit.
- Contribute actively to EHS forums and committees at both national and international levels, fostering collaboration.
- Lead the implementation of sustainable environmental and safety initiatives to reduce the carbon footprint.
- Promote the adoption of green technologies, waste reduction strategies, and continuous improvement of environmental compliance and safety protocols.

**What you'll bring**
- Experience of working in a commercial or industrial environment.
- Registration up to date referring EHS.
- Ability to interpret and implement legislative and regulatory change.
- Leadership and the ability to influence and have impact on his fellow teammate managers and teammates Etex Argentina.
- An expert level of EHS technical knowledge to understand EHS and the ability to transmit this knowledge through training and coaching.
- Consistency and perseverance in pursuing the chosen EHS solution and never walk by.
- The ability to communicate in a motivational way both verbally and in writing.
- Willingness to spend most of the time on the shopfloor engaging others in EHS.
- Collaborating with teammates in other BU’s/sites/plants by sharing good practises and learn from others.
