**Introduction**

**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Responsible for identifying customer requirements and expectations, describing the context and purpose of solutions, communicating the business vision, and contemplating the necessary components and subsystems to ensure that the System or Solution under development is fit for its intended purpose.
General knowledge of systems and technology and strong analytical and communication skills will be essential characteristics for the role.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**:

- Technical/functional support.
- Ability to motivate and direct members of multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.
- Agreement and fulfillment of service level agreements and deliverables.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and listening skills.
- Skills and experience in documentation and training.
- Experience in agile methodology

SQL knowledge
