**WeLearn** is a recently created startup, founded by two former Google and Facebook strategists and Project managers experiencing extremely rapid growth. At WeLearn we partner** with content creators and influencers** and we support them in running their businesses.

**ABOUT THE FOUNDERS**:

- ** Davide Delgrossi,** Founder and CEO, ex Google, CEMS and Rotterdam School of Management Alumnus
- ** Diego Beccarelli**, Co-Founder and COO, ex Meta (Facebook) and Roland Berger, CEMS and London School of Economics Alumnus.

**WHAT THE SOCIAL MEDIA DEPARTMENT DOES**
- Responsible for positioning the creator on the right platforms
- Responsible for creating an effective strategy on social media
- Create content based on guidelines given by the creator (not always)
- Schedule content created
- Monitor the community and the insights (monthly to have a general overview, but also weekly)
- Run campaigns (Facebook/Google)

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Develop and implement guidelines for conducting webinars.
- Select and implement the most appropriate web conferencing technology.
- Create, maintain, and execute a webinar schedule.
- Organize contents and follow up for each webinar.
- Work closely with the account manager team to ensure the successful orgnaization of all webinars.
- Work with screators to set and organize a monthly webinar plan

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Proficiency in English and knowledge of third language is a plus
- Marketing background
- Experience in the field of Digital Marketing
- Great time management
- Creativity
- Communication skills
- Knowledge of Canva and Capcut
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients of all backgrounds and educational levels.
- Flexible working hours required in case of urgency or business need.
- Positive, proactive approach and problem-solving attitude.
