Lead and Manage FSSC China operating excellence: initiate, implement and monitor FSSC service delivery management

1. Bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting
2. Substantial experience in credit control & AR management
3. Understanding of Shared Service Center concept and related processes, incl. customer interface management, service management and process continuous improvement
4. Well experienced process management skills (definition/ design, documentation, process knowledge, respective IT knowledge)
5. Ability to initiate and implement new approaches and procedures, to set robust plans in advance, to initiate implementation steps
6. Fluent oral and written in both English and Mandarin
7. Must be detail oriented
8. Strong interpersonal skills demonstrating the ability to work independently and with a cross functional team
9. Positive and proactive attitude
10. Problem-solving skills
11. Well organiser
12. Teamplayer
13. Experience with SAP is an advantage

- 空缺职位描述1. Developing and Managing AR & BS team
2. Responsible for day to day delivery of credit control & credit risk management, collection of cash, Claim service, GR service and as well as MDM service for all China entities
3. Ensure strategic alignment between functions, business units and FSSC to improve maturity
4. Drive FSSC China Operating Excellent
5. Establish, measure and report critical process performance metrics, peer benchmarks and Service Level Agreements and use the insights to deliver continuous improvement to the processes
6. Connect with business via FSSC operations to ensure continuous alignment with business priority and execute required changes within FSSC China.
7. Participate in definition of GBS China standard process and relevant KPIs
8. Partners with business leadership and other key stakeholders to define opportunities, identify and prioritize programs-projects. Provides business case development.
9. Establish a mechanism to identify the areas for improvement and to develop solutions, create an environment that emphasizes a mindset of continuous improvement by leveraging existing Corporate resources, tools and programs
10. Proactively developing and driving the Continuous Improvement policies, practices and procedures. This includes process improvement strategies, efficiency initiatives and other programs leading to significant improvements in efficiency, compliance, Quality, Delivery, Safety, Cost and overall customer satisfaction.
11. Lead major change initiatives for multiple FSSC business areas
