**SOBRE EL ROL**

Estamos en busca de un Analista de Customer Fulfillment altamente motivado y orientado a resultados para unirse a nuestro equipo. La persona que se una al equipo estará encargada de realizar el correcto procesamiento de pedidos de clientes en tiempo y forma para satisfacer la demanda de estos asegurando una comunicación proactiva con todas las partes interesadas.

**Acerca del equipo**: consiste en un grupo de 25 personas divididas en 4 equipos, que trabajan en conjunto. Este rol reporta al líder del área.

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Ejecutar Procesos standard del equipo para la gestión de order management para la región y actividades de apoyo
- Buscar Mejores Prácticas y eficiencia en la ejecución de las tareas.
- Realizar análisis de datos para identificar tendencias y áreas de mejora en el proceso de cumplimiento.
- Colaborar en la creación de Manuales y Procedimientos para la realización de Acciones Estandarizadas

**EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA**
- Profesionales o estudiantes avanzados de carreras de Ingeniería Industrial, Licenciatura en Administración o afines.
- Experiência previa en Supply Chain (deseable).
- Idioma inglés intermedio (excluyente).
- Portugués nível intermedio (deseable).
- Excluyente: Excel avanzado
- Deseable: RPA, SQL, PowerApps, Power BI y SAP.
