Hotel and Short Term Rentals Manager

**Role Description**

This is a part-time remote role for a Boutique Hotel. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the hotel's operations, including customer service, staff management, customer satisfaction, and safety. You will be responsible for maintaining standards and policies to ensure that guests have a pleasant and safe hotel experience. You will also manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including marketing, budgeting, and revenue management.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Hospitality or Hotel Management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to supervise and lead a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of hotel management software and platforms, such as Opera PMS, AirBNB, VRBO, Guesty, Booking
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Available to work 2 weekendsper month
