**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**:

- Plan, execute, and close projects related to Azure Cloud infrastructure and compliance initiatives.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.
- **Azure Cloud Expertise**:

- Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate and select Azure services that best meet project requirements.
- Optimize cloud resources for cost efficiency and performance.
- **Compliance Knowledge**:

- Stay current with industry-specific compliance standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO, etc.).
- Ensure that all projects comply with relevant compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address compliance-related issues.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction and guidance.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- **Communication**:

- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Create and deliver project reports, presentations, and documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certification is a plus.
- Proven experience managing projects in Azure Cloud environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
