**Responsibilities**:
**Who are you?**

**In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following**:

- Handling day-to-day inquiries from clients, such as:

- Eligibility inquiries
- Claims and benefit inquiries
- Member Services requests for outbound calls
- ID card requests
- FSA/COBRA inquiries
- Invoice inquiries
- Banking/Positive Pay file inquiries
- Communicate, track and ensure completion of all client changes via internal process
- Maintain client’s PHI list
- Assist Client Manager with marketing requests and presentations
- Update client information in Salesforce
- Run client reports
- Send client communications as requested by Client Manager
- You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in._

Qualifications:

**In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including**:

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of experience in health insurance, employee benefits, or healthcare industry.
- Experience providing account-based services is preferred.
- Knowledge of health plan, regulatory compliance, and mandates regarding insurance plan administration.
- Understanding of healthcare insurance terminology, policies, and procedures preferred.
