PMO Analyst

We are currently looking for a** PMO Analyst** to join our team.***

**What you´ll do**

Drive strategic programs & outcomes, working closely with the managers of the projects, and collaborating with our teams across Cognizant and playing different/multiple roles of PMO.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the delivery of the financial processes (billing & forecast) (end to end).
- Lead the budget control of the designed projects.
- Use established tools & processes, act as the key contact between the client and Cognizant to establish project requirements and timelines.

Inform the internal movements within projects in client and Cognizant tools.
- Identifying, tracking & reporting of risks and issues.
- Support standard management reporting processes by creating templates, SOPs and other materials as required.
- Actively participating in resolution of issues and conflicts, internally as well as with clients and other teams where appropriate; escalating issues in an appropriate, timely, and tactful manner.
- Monitoring and leading the correction process to ensure project and resource data is maintained consistently in accordance with standards.
- Results-oriented and driven to ensure successful completion of the projects on time, on budget and within the defined scope while leading through influence and with solid soft skills and tact.
- Tracking and reporting of contract obligations.

**Necessary skills and experience required**:

- Analytical Skills: Problem-solving skills necessary to research and troubleshoot inquiries.
- Program & Project Management / Support: Strong organization skills and project management disciplines. Ability to work under periods of high pressure with tight timeframes. Autonomous.
- Excellent communication skills to Interact with external clients and internal stakeholders.
- Adaptability to change.
- Organized with strong time-management skills.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business management, and communications (desirable).
- Advanced level of English
- Excel - intermediate.
