**Location**: Remote (LATAM)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain software solutions for the client's customer inquiry platform, focusing on the codebase outlined in the provided customer inquiry form.
- Utilize Go and React for frontend development, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience.
- Design, implement, and optimize backend functionalities utilizing MongoDB for data storage and retrieval.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and engineering to ensure alignment with business objectives and user requirements.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and drive best practices for scalable and maintainable codebase.
- Implement and adhere to coding standards, code reviews, and continuous integration/deployment processes.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending and implementing innovative solutions to enhance product performance and user satisfaction.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the engineering team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on fullstack development.
- Proficiency in Go and React for frontend development.
- Strong experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases for backend development.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment, delivering high-quality software solutions within defined timelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team setting.
- Self-motivated with a passion for learning and staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
