**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

Leads the digital commercial agenda through B2B platform, leveraging on technological tools for the development of shopper activations to optimize point of sale’s sell out in general trade.

Responsible for leading Perfect Store implementation and increase growth picture adherence.

Focused in connect with bottler system NABs and Dx team and assure synergies with PEP Marketing teams, creating jointly and executing promotions to shopper/consumer, adding value to B2B propostition to POS.

**Your Impact**

As Fran Dev Sr Supervisor your responsibilities would consist of
- Responsible for discovering accurate insights and transform it into action plans to drive end to end commercial activations.
- Responsible for Perfect Store implementation and increase growth picture adherence standarizing the practices to be executed in the store.
- Project lead and work jointly with marketing to implement activations through bottler B2B platform.
- Connect to bottlers NABs, B2B and Dx bottler team to coordinate shopper/cosumer commercial programs in POS.
- Coordinate trade marketing agenda to secure online to offline activations end to end.
- Responsible for the development of a dashboard to track B2B commercial programs and Dx Perfect Store for testing and learning new insights to enhance results.

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Proved Sales/Demand acceleration and/or B2B Marketplace experience (>3 years experience)
- Bachelors degree as a must
- Language, multicultural and social exposure (English is a must)
- Project management experience.
- Clear analytical skills, capable to abstract and focus on relevant information and facts from a wide range of data.
- Leveraging financial concepts and executing winning sales plans.
- Team player & resilience
- “Take others with you” leadership capability
- Courage to stand up for his/her vision and patience to work collaboratively with the system to remove barriers
- Design of graphic representations, quantitative & qualitative data from Dashboards in Excel or web 2.0 systems.
- Basic knowledge of performance marketing desirable
- Forecast for decision making
- Basic Experience and knowledge in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
