**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent to join our team
- Lead high-level recruitment searches to fill critical positions within the company
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and job postings
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to inform recruitment strategies

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the gambling and casinos industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, innovate solutions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with using recruiting software, job boards, and other recruiting tools
- A passion for finding top talent and building strong teams
- Ability to work well with all levels of the organization, including hiring managers and senior leadership
