**Main Purpose**:

- Set up and develop contacts in the local banking/financial community
- Monitor the daily trading activities, manage liquidity and FX risks for all Trafigura China entities.

**Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Fluency in English and Chinese, excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong financial background with 3-6 years relevant experience or equivalent
- Treasury or trade finance experience with major commodity traders or banks desirable
- Detailed understanding of SAFE/PBOC regulation is indispensable
- Numerically oriented with attention to detail
- Strong financial analytical ability and demonstrable negotiation skills Creative and agile problem solver
- Deals well with complexity and can define central issues and establish what is material to a successful transaction
- Excellent MS office skills, especially PowerPoint is a MUST
- Confident and highly credible in a fast-paced trading environment

**Key Responsibilities**
- Closely monitoring the liquidity/line utilization status and preparing various reports to the group and management by working closely with trading and operation departments
- Maintaining bank relationship, ensuring bank annual renewal in good order and following up on filing and documentation Optimizing the funding structure and mitigating FX risks in accordance with business needs and in the meantime lowering cost of funding by figuring out suitable financing solutions in day to day business
- Performing a proactive business development function by reacting on a timely basis to requests from trading departments and exploring new bank cooperation opportunities from own contacts and network

**Key Relationships and Department Overview**:

- Internally with traders, operations, head office
- Externally with banks, regulators, collateral managers
