**Main Purpose**

Lead the operations of supplying raw materials to production in physicochemical laboratories 1 & 2, being also responsible for safety, quality and costs of both laboratories. It must guarantee the development of people and the identification of talents.

**Your mission Will be to**
- Lead the team of supply to production Supervisors (2). Managing their performance and development (competences and skills).
- Be responsible for the team of supply to production Analysts (22). Managing their performance and development (competences and skills).
- Lead the operation of physicochemical laboratories (1 & 2) to ensure the raw materials supply ensuring their lead times at right first time.
- Be responsible for compliance management (Deviation, CAPA, OOS, change controls, calibrations, qualifications, etc.) in both raw materials physicochemical laboratories (1 & 2).
- Be responsible for all projects in the scope of raw materials for both physicochemical laboratories (1 & 2).
- Be responsible for raw materials sampling in both sites (1 & 2).
- Be responsible for the physicochemical analytical validation plan (PMV) and the analytical transfers for raw materials in both laboratories (1 & 2).
- Be responsible for the revision and verification of the periodic updates of the pharmacopoeias for raw materials in both laboratories (1 & 2).
- Lead the preparation and execution of internal and external inspections related to physicochemical controls for raw materials in both laboratories (1 & 2).
- Be responsible for the supply of inputs and reagents in both physicochemical laboratories (1 & 2), both for product and for raw materials.
- Lead the implementation and execution of continuous improvement plans (PSS scope) related to physicochemical controls for raw materials in both laboratories (1 & 2).
- Lead compliance with the culture of safety at work for raw materials team in both laboratories (1 & 2).
- Be responsible for compliance with adherence to OPEX and CAPEX for raw materials teams in both laboratories (1 & 2).

**Unlock your Potencial**
- University degree in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Food and Chemical Engineering
- Postgraduate or specialization in operation management/ business administration will be a plus.
- At least 8-10 years of experience leading people in physicochemical laboratories is required.
- A high level of knowledge in analytical methodologies and analytical equipment used in physicochemical laboratories is required.
- Experience in validation of analytical methodologies is required.
- Knowledge in the verification of analytical methods according to the updates of the reference pharmacopoeias is required.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English; ability to communicate verbal and written instructions; ability to make oral presentations.
- Experience in the implementation of continuous improvement tools (lean manufacturing) in operational areas; mindset in digitalization processes and industry 4.0 will be a plus.
- Personal computer (PC) skills required, including skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Project and Laboratory Information Management systems (SAP-QM).
