*Job Overview:
Plei is seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. As the first HR hire in our rapidly growing software company, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR functions, focusing on legal compliance, developing onboarding processes, and managing a diverse, international team.

*Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding and training programs from scratch, ensuring a smooth integration of new hires into our company culture and systems.

Manage legal compliance for both domestic and international employment, staying abreast of the latest regulations and ensuring the company adheres to them.

Adapt and maintain onboarding processes for a variety of roles, including tech, customer service, and those interacting with physical sports facilities.

Oversee the use of various software tools, including Intercom, TextRequest, Airtable, Slack, and other custom-built systems, ensuring the team is proficient in these technologies.

Handle HR duties for a remote team, understanding the complexities and legalities of international and multi-state US employment.

*Qualifications:
Proven experience in Human Resources, with a strong understanding of international employment laws and remote work regulations.

Experience in developing onboarding and training materials.

Strong technological proficiency, with the ability to quickly learn and teach others how to use various software tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Background in software, sports, or facility management industries is a plus.
